Kepler Cheuvreux and Belfius Expand M&A Collaboration in Belgium

Belfius Bank and Kepler Cheuvreux are deepening their seven-year Equity Capital Markets partnership with a new agreement focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and fundraising services for Belgian clients. The collaboration aims to provide strategic transaction support in an increasingly globalized market.

The MOVE strengthens Belfius' Corporate Finance & Capital Markets division, which already leads Belgium's Debt Capital Markets sector. The bank has been named "Bond Finance House of the Year" nine times since 2012 by Euronext Brussels.

Since 2017, the Kepler Cheuvreux alliance has delivered top-tier ECM services including research, advisory, and trade execution. This expansion into M&A creates a comprehensive capital markets offering spanning debt and equity solutions.
